Thomas J. Bullins, the founder and president of Trigger Time has experience within both the federal government and private sector industry. Bullins was responsible for the development of Trigger Time Inc. and the specialized weapons training curriculum and range design, construction, and maintenance. Bullins was the former Assistant Director of Training at Bill Scotts Racing (BSR). Bullins also has ten years plus of service with the U.S. Marine Corp, Bullins was a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of High Risk Personnel Course for the Weapon Training Battalion, Quantico, VA. As a U.S. Marine, Bullins was trained in Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance, Fleet Anti-Terrorist Security Teams, Defense Intelligence Agency, the Naval Intelligence Service and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Owner of Car Hunters Auto Sales & Automotive in Sanford, NC, John has over twenty-two years experience in the automotive industry. He has provided vehicle preparation and service for all of Trigger Time’s driving classes for thirteen years. John also brings to Trigger Time over ten years experience as a firearms instructor.

Owner of SDC Race Services, Steven is from North Yorkshire, England, he brings to Trigger Time over 18 years of professional race experience, with numerous championships including Euro First in England. Steven has spent the last few years providing driver training to corporate clients, government agencies, and private sector organizations. Steven also is a certified mechanic and heavy equipment operator.
