Thomas J. Bullins

Thomas J. Bullins, the founder and president of Trigger Time has experience within both the federal government and private sector industry. Bullins was responsible for the development of Trigger Time Inc. and the specialized weapons training curriculum and range design, construction, and maintenance. Bullins was the former Assistant Director of Training at Bill Scotts Racing (BSR). Bullins also has ten years plus of service with the U.S. Marine Corp, Bullins was a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of High Risk Personnel Course for the Weapon Training Battalion, Quantico, VA. As a U.S. Marine, Bullins was trained in Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance, Fleet Anti-Terrorist Security Teams, Defense Intelligence Agency, the Naval Intelligence Service and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Kirk Kirkpatrick

Owner of Fundamental Tactical Training & Applications, provides firearms and driving instructor for Trigger Time Valley and Virginia International Raceway. In recent months, he has served on a domestic Personnel Security Detail with MVM Inc., protecting a cabinet level official and his family. For the majority of 2004, he deployed to Iraq
with Triple Canopy as a PSD team member in Tikrit, Arbil, and Kirkuk. Prior to his deployment with Triple Canopy, he attended MVM's training and evaluation for Close Protection. He also has worked with DynCorp International as a Counter Assault Team member on the Karzai Protection Detail in Kabul, Afghanistan. Kirk also served as a Tactical Firearms Instructor for the Federal Air Marshall Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico.

Robert Siebel

Served in the US Army from 1986 to 1999; Seibel’s last assignment with the US Army included training with the Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) program, Special Forces Advance Reconnaissance, Target Analysis Exploitation Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) and Phase 3 of the Special Forces Course. Seibel has served as Detail Leader, Shift Leader, Agent in Charge and Counter Assault Team Leader with Triple Canopy throughout Iraq. Seibel has sought out and excelled in positions of increased responsibility throughout his career both with the U.S. Army and Triple Canopy. Seibel specializes in the fields of driver training, firearms training and surveillance training. Seibel has earned numerous performance awards for his service in the US Army as well as in the private sector.

Owner of Car Hunters Auto Sales & Automotive in Sanford, NC, John has over twenty-two years experience in the automotive industry. He has provided vehicle preparation and service for all of Trigger Time’s driving classes for thirteen years. John also brings to Trigger Time over ten years experience as a firearms instructor.

Steven D. Coates

Owner of SDC Race Services, Steven is from North Yorkshire, England, he brings to Trigger Time over 18 years of professional race experience, with numerous championships including Euro First in England. Steven has spent the last few years providing driver training to corporate clients, government agencies, and private sector organizations. Steven also is a certified mechanic and heavy equipment operator.
