    Thomas J. Bullins, the founder and president of Trigger Time has experience within both the federal government and private sector industry. Bullins was responsible for the development of Trigger Time Inc. and the specialized weapons training curriculum and range design, construction, and maintenance. Bullins was the former Assistant Director of Training at Bill Scotts Racing (BSR). Bullins also has ten years plus of service with the U.S. Marine Corp, Bullins was a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of High Risk Personnel Course for the Weapon Training Battalion, Quantico, VA. As a U.S. Marine, Bullins was trained in Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance, Fleet Anti-Terrorist Security Teams, Defense Intelligence Agency, the Naval Intelligence Service and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Bullins also served as a member of the Military Security Force Team; a special assignment to provide Personal and Physical security for the Joint Chief of Staff and the National Military Command Center at the Pentagon, Washington, DC.

    He has developed, provided or supported firearms instruction for Special Agents of the US Department of State, Federal Aviation Administration; Tactical teams representing regional, state, and local police; and Special Operation personnel from various services within the US Department of Defense. In addition to Bullins, Trigger Time instructor cadre supports experience from professional race car driver to specialized security professionals. 


     Since founded in 1992Trigger Time, has provided training for government clients and private sector organization. Trigger Time provides a comprehensive curriculum in driver, firearms, hostage negotiations and surveillance detection training. Trigger Time has provided training to its Mexican clients for over a decade in Carthage, NC, South Texas and Mexico.
